How do you pronounce your last name?
Believe it or not, you're not the first to ask. ;) The best way I can write it as it sounds is: "Thay-dee". Long "A", lazy "T", Long "E". But don't worry if you miss it - you wouldn't be the first!


What can I expect to happen during my session?
Every session is different, so while I recommend that you plan for two hours, it may not take that long depending on those involved. So, we'll get together, spend a few minutes talking and getting to know eachother - I want you to feel comfortable with me. We'll review your vision - to make sure I know what you want, and then we'll just enjoy our time together.

I'll ask you to interact with others (or me) naturally. We'll try a variety of different "settings" and you'll have the option to change outfits if you want. We'll be relaxed. If we realize that the time of day isn't right for your kids (or babies!), we'll reschedule. I'd much rather end up with photos you love than stressed parents and frazzled kids!

Moms, it's natural to want to help direct your child to help the photo shoot along - but I'll ask you to leave that up to me. Not every "perfect" photo has to include a smile - so don't be surprised if I keep shooting while someone's frowning.

And I won't ever use the words "Say cheese!"


What can I expect to happen after my session?
Within a few days of your session, you'll get to see sneak peeks of your proofed images on my blog. About two weeks after the session, your images will be made available to you in a password-protected online gallery. You can share the gallery and password with anyone you'd like. From that gallery, you can place your order, and your friends or family can place their own orders too.

Your online gallery will be available to you for 90 days after the date it is created. Orders can be submitted after that timeframe, but there is a $25 handling fee to recreate your album and a $100 minimum order.


What forms of payment do you accept?
Session fees must be paid in full at the start of the session, and can be paid with cash or check. Please note that returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. We do not accept credit cards for session fees.

For purchasing prints, all major credit cards are accepted when purchasing via your online gallery. If you wish to pay by cash or check for your print order, special arrangements can be made, but orders will not be fulfilled until full payment is received.


When will I receive the prints I ordered?
Print orders are generally ready for you three to four weeks from your ordering date. I'll deliver orders to clients within a 10 mile radius of my home. All other orders will be shipped.
